To protect your art prints during transit,I use high-quality packaging materials. Each print is carefully wrapped and placed in a sturdy, protective tube or packaging box.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status and location of your package during transit.
International Shipping:
I offer international shipping to art enthusiasts worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Return Policy:
I want you to be completely satisfied with your art prints. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, here are our return guidelines:
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your art print arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. I will provide you with instructions for returning the item or arranging for a replacement.
Change of Mind Returns:
If you simply change your mind and wish to return your art print, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the print is in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Once I receive your return and inspect the art print, I will process your refund or arrange for an exchange as per your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
